We are now looking, on behalf of Metso, for one highly motivated design engineers to their RTD design department for slurry pumps. Today, 11 people work in the design department, which includes a product safety engineer and a technical editor. - Have a completed Bachelor of Science degree or master in Mechanical engineering, or equal experience in related engineering.
- Experience of working in a manufacturing enviroment.
- A skilled user of CAD tools - Inventor, Solid Works, AutoCAD or similar.
- A skilled user of Microsoft Office tools.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing, as both languages ??are used in the daily work.

- Experience of centrifugal pumps, castings and elastomeric design and fluid dynamics (CFD).

OM TJÄNSTEN
Vi söker nu på uppdrag av Metso, efter två initiativtagande Processingenjörer till ett Test Center. Processingenjörernas roll är främst att stödja produktcheferna och andra intressenter med kunskap inom området processteknik för produkter inom Pumps BL:s produktsortiment. Arbetet är både praktiskt och teoretiskt till sin natur och kommer därav även innefatta dagligt fysiskt arbete. Förutom att vara en stöttande roll för produktcheferna kommer du även få möjlighet till kompetensbyte från bland annat andra processingenjörer, testtekniker, den lokala fabriksorganisationen samt R&D organisationen.

Ansvaret för Processingenjörerna innefattar bland annat att genomföra testarbete i laboratorie-och pilotskala. Det innebär också att aktivt delta i driften av pilotanläggningen och göra nödvändiga justeringar under försökens genomförande. Du kommer med hjälp av stöttning från dina kollegor även att sammanställa, rapportera och dra slutsatser från dessa testresultat. I rollen kommer du även vara delaktig i förarbetet för dessa tester genom att bearbeta inkomna testarbetsförfrågningar och ge förslag på processlösningar samt designa testprogram baserat på framtagen processinformation.

- Har en avklarad högskole-eller civilingenjörsexamen med inriktning på process, testning, fysik eller kemi eller annan inriktning som vi anser likvärdig.

The Quality engineer in product safety is participate in the planning meetings, review the documentation requirements for incoming projects with the rest of the team and assume responsibility for preparation and delivery of the Metso master documents. You will also supervise and assist overall risk assessment and management of related records to meet current standard. In addition to this you also take part in design reviews and prototype assemblies together with other product managers and design engineers. Other functions that you will cooperate within the organization is; Engineering, Sales support, Contracts, Quality, Procurement and Production units both in Sala and globally and suppliers.

För att utveckla verksamheten framåt vill man utöka teamet med en Service- och reparationsansvarig till kontoret i Sala.

I rollen kommer du att vara huvudsakligt ansvarig för service- och reparationsärenden av installerade värmepumpar hos BGE:s kunder. Du bokar, planerar och schemalägger dessa och har dagligen kontakt med servicetekniker och kunder. Arbetsplatsen på BGE präglas av ett högt tempo och ett nära samarbete mellan kollegor. Det finns en positiv anda, god sammanhållning och gemensamma aktiviteter för att stärka samarbetet mellan kollegor.
